All ladies of St. Ann's are cordially invited to a dinner and the Installation of Members into the Confraternity of Christian Mothers on Monday, May 6 at 6 p.m. The cost for the dinner is $8 for adults and $4 for children ages 5-10. Children ages 4 and under are free. Please RSVP by this Wednesday, May 1, for new membership and/or the meal to your Circle chairperson or to Kathy Porter.

Please join us on Saturday, January 12, at 10 a.m. in the parish hall. for the installation of the new Ladies Board officers. Please bring a breakfast item to share!

All gifts much be returned by noon on Monday (December 17). You may drop them off in the narthex (under the St. Ann mosaic), in the adult education classroom (classroom #1) in the parish hall or in the parish office. They will be sorted and distributed later this week. Thank you for your generosity in helping to provide a merry Christmas to children in our community!

The Ladies' of St. Ann's will once again be hosting their annual Holiday Gifts and Goodies Bazaar on Saturday, November 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Paul Blake Construction Building on the north side of the square. Please make plans to attend this event, in conjunction with the Canyon Merchants Association Holiday Open House.

The Sts. Anne & Joachim Circle is once again planning to deliver Thanksgiving baskets to families who are in need of some help for the upcoming holiday. If you would like to receive a basket, or if you know of a family who could use one, please contact Stefani at the parish office by no later than next Sunday (November 11).

All women of St. Ann's are invited to attend the annual Christian Women's Dinner on Monday, May 7, at 6 p.m. Following the dinner, the reception of new members into the Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers will be held. The cost for the dinner is $6 for adults and $4 for children (ages 5-10). Children ages 4 and under are free. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers, please contact Belen Guevara. Please RSVP for the meal to Pam Shehan no later than Wednesday, May 2.

All women of the parish are invited to a social this Thursday evening (April 12) at 6:30 p.m. in the parish hall. A fun evening is in store with Crazy Bridge, food, and fellowship. Please bring an hors d'oeuvre to share. Tea will be provided. Don't miss out on this opportunity to meet and mingle with other women of our parish community.

The Ladies of St. Ann's will be distributing lapel roses after each of the Masses this weekend. These roses are intended to be worn as a witness to one's commitment to protect the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death.

St. Therese Circle will be organizing our parish's Angel Tree again this year. Angels will be distributed after Masses the weekend of December 2 & 3. All gifts must be returned by Sunday, December 17. We anticipate having a large number of children who will need gifts this Christmas, so please make plans to support this project.

The Saints Anne and Joachim Circle will once again provide Thanksgiving baskets to families in need. The baskets will include a turkey and all of the fixings. If you would like a basket, or know of a family/person that needs one, please call Debbie at the parish office (655-3302, ext. 0) as soon as possible.

The Ladies of St. Ann's will once again sponsor their annual bazaar in conjunction with the Canyon Merchants' Holiday Open House on Saturday, November 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Blake Construction Building on the square. 

The Circle of the Holy Spirit will meet on Monday, September 11, at 7 p.m. at Nancy Railsback's house. Please meet at the church at 6:30 p.m. to carpool. Erica Knox will be speaking about the Amarillo Agency for Women, and we will have a baby shower for Jesus, along with a cake. Please bring diapers (size 3 and up), baby wipes, and baby clothes. 

If you are interested in renting a booth at our 14th annual Holiday Gifts and Goodies event on Saturday, November 18, please contact Jennifer Leheska or Katye Winter as soon as possible. Space is limited.

Once again, the Ladies of St. Ann's and the Knights of Columbus are providing book scholarships for parishioners who will be graduating from high school and attending a college or university. Scholarship applications are on the glass table in the narthex. Please note that the scholarship application deadline is this Thursday, April 20.

The Circle Christmas Party scheduled for this evening has been cancelled due to the inclement weather.

The Ladies of St. Ann's invite you once again to participate in our Angel Tree project. Please choose an angel from the tree in the narthex. Each angel is marked "boy" or "girl" and includes the child's age and clothing size, along with gift ideas suggested by the parents. Please return your wrapped packages (tied together with ribbon or yarn, and with the angel tied to the ribbon) under the Angel Tree by no later than Sunday, December 18.

The Ladies of St. Ann's wish to thank all who contributed in any way to the great success of the 13th Annual Holiday Gifts & Goodies last Saturday. Thanks to the circle members who helped with setup and cleanup, served as hostesses, or provided donations. Thanks also to the many vendors who participated. Special thanks to Paul Blake for his continued kindness and generosity in offering the use of his building. And, finally, thanks to all of the parishioners at St. Ann's who supported the fundraiser and to Cliff Lawson for sharing his time and talent in capturing some great pictures of the children with Santa!

The 13th annual Holiday Gifts & Goodies will be held on Saturday, November 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Paul Blake Building, on the northwest corner of the Square (1501 4th Ave.). There will be several vendors there, with a variety of gifts and goodies--get started on your Christmas shopping early! Photos with Santa will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Ladies of St. Ann’s and the Knights of Columbus will once again be offering a $500 book scholarship to two graduating high school seniors, intended to help with the cost of books at college. Applications may be picked up at the parish office, on the table in the narthex, the high school classroom or online. Applications need to be turned in to the parish office no later than Monday, April 18, by 5 p.m.

All ladies of St. Ann's are invited to attend the 11:15 a.m. Mass on Sunday, May 1, at which new members of the Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers will be welcomed and installed. Mass will be followed by a brisket meal and a program presented by the Sisters from Prayer Town.
