The St. Ann's Quilting Ministry to all parishioners interested in blessing others by helping make baptismal quilts and pillows, lap quilts for the elderly, quilts for children in foster care, pillows for those joining the Church at Easter, and fidget quilts for Alzheimer's and dementia patients at local nursing homes. You are invited to join us the first and third Tuesday of every month at the parish hall. We meet from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and welcome however much time you can offer. Hope to see you there.

Come visit our fantastic diocesan museum located at the new Diocesan Pastoral Center in northeast Amarillo on Wednesday, August 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.. You will be surprised at the depth of Catholic history in our area and be inspired by the grand stories of faith told by the displays here. One of the newly created displays is dedicated to Fr. Robert Busch's ministry in our area. Come and go as you wish. Light refreshments will be served.

Got Jesus -- will travel. As we put every aspect of our lives under the protection of God, our parish will host a blessing of cars, automobiles, RVs, boats, dune buggies, Segways, scooters, etc., on the following weekends after each of the weekend Masses: June 12-13 and June 26-27. Please carefully drive your vehicle to the front of the church, forming two lines running south from Tierra Blanca Drive towards the church parking lot. Your vehicle will be blessed and doused with holy water and a gift to mark the blessing given. Wink-wink: extra blessings will be bestowed on the vehicles with the St. Ann's Parish decals on them.

Join us for a night out at Hodgetown on Wednesday, June 16! Tickets for the game will be available via Flocknote or signup sheet in the narthex. We have 100 tickets available for the game.

You are invited to the St. Ann's Annual Parish Picnic and Pool Party! Join us on Saturday, July 24, at the Lois Rice Pavilion from 6-7 p.m. followed by swimming at the Canyon Aqua Park from 8-10 p.m. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and drinks will be provided.

There will be no Lunch & Bingo for the month of May. The next Lunch & Bingo will take place on June 18.

A dedication of the Memorial for the Unborn will take place on Sunday, May 9, after the 9 a.m. Mass. Thank you to Derrick Martin and the Knights of Columbus for getting the Memorial made and installed!

Happy birthday to Fr. Scott! May you have a joyous and blessed birthday! We pray God showers His love, mercy, and blessings upon you. There will be a birthday party for Fr. Scott between the Masses on Sunday, April 25.

Lunch will be provided. Kolaches will be for sale as we are making 36 dozen. You can choose from apricot, cream cheese, or sausage (no assorted option). The Balance Matters class will resume this week! The morning class will start Wednesday, February 24th at 10 a.m., and the afternoon class will start Thursday, February 25th at 1 p.m. After that, both classes will be on Thursdays at their regular times. Join us for our first Fish Fry of the Lenten season this Friday, February 26, at 6:30 p.m. There will be limited dine-in seating (socially distanced), carry-out, and a drive-thru option. The meal is $12 for adults, $6 for children ages 5-12. Children under 5 eat free!

Our annual Czech Sausage Dinner is less than a month away and we need many of our parishioners to assist with preparing, serving, and cleaning up after the meal. Several sign-up sheets will be available in the narthex after our Masses for the next few weekends. Please take a few moments to look at these and add your name to one or more of them. Our first planning meeting for this year's Czech Sausage Dinner will be on Monday, January 25, at 7 p.m. in the parish hall. Any parishioners who are interested in helping plan the event are welcome to join.

St. Ann's is sponsoring a blood drive on Tuesday, January 5, from 2:30-7 p.m. in the parish hall. Please schedule an appointment to donate blood by calling 806-331-8833 or at yourbloodinstitute.org.
