Our next Spiritual Book Club book is Life of the Beloved by Henri Nowen. Please read the book in its entirety and join us for its discussion on Thursday, March 30, at 7 p.m. in the Adult Education Room. Please purchase your own book, but if you can't, we have a few copies in the parish office.  

Our guest speaker, Stacy Wilhelm, will speak on Internal vs. External Motivation: Parenting Edition! Raising 3.0 Kids in a 2.0 World. Join us on Wednesday, March 29, at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments, followed by Stacy's presentation at 7 p.m. Stacy Wilhelm is a successful author, mother of 3, wife of one, and teacher of many. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's in Journalism and now writes novels and teaches at Holy Cross Catholic Academy. Stacy is also a #1 best-selling author who writes as Staci Stallings.

Our annual Czech Sausage Dinner is just around the corner and we need many of our parishioners to volunteer to assist with preparing, serving, and cleaning up after the meal. Several sign-up sheets will be available online (click on "Czech Sausage Dinner" above) and in the narthex after our Masses for the next few weekends. Please take a few moments to look at these and add your name to one or more of them. Thanks for your help!

Join us for our Lenten Fish Fry scheduled for Friday, March 24. Fish fry meals are $15 for adults and $6 for children ages 5-12. Children under 5 eat free!

Join us for an evening with St. Ann's Pastoral Council member Glenn Backus to learn about Project Fishery, a St. Ann's food pantry, on Wednesday, February 15. The presentation will be in the parish hall beginning at 6:30 with refreshments afterwards.

Our Spiritual Book Club discussion set for Thursday, Dec. 1, has been rescheduled for Thursday, Jan. 19, at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room. Please let us know you will attend the discussion by emailing parish@stannsofcanyon.org.

Exodus90 is a men's small group that meets weekly for the purpose of spiritual growth. The program focuses on prayer, fraternity, and asceticism, and is designed to help men move out of spiritual mediocrity into a more rich life with God. There will be an informational meeting at the parish hall on Saturday, January 7, at 8 a.m. in the Adult Education Room.

Anyone who works with, or plans to work with children, youth, or vulnerable adults, and is not certified must attend one of the two upcoming Safe Environment training opportunities in January: Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 at 9 a.m., or Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. The certification lasts 5 years. These are the last training opportunities at St. Ann's until summer. To do our part to keep folks at home during the dangerous cold on Thursday, our parish office will be closed and our staff will be working from home. Also, our Thursday daily and Friday daily Masses are canceled and the parish office is closed on Friday for a long Christmas weekend. **Thanks to the huge response to today’s plea for helpers to decorate the church, “Hanging of the Greens”’is also canceled. Join us for an evening with Jeff and Denise Gulde to learn about Catholic Charities on Wednesday, November 30. Refreshments and hors'doeuvres will be served at 6:30, with the presentation starting at 7 p.m. Jeff is the Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle. He is also currently serving on the Diocesan Director's Convening Committee for Catholic Charities USA.

On Thursday, November 10, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the parish hall, BSA Chaplain Davlin Duesterhaus will be at St. Ann's to share some pointers on dealing with grief during the holiday season. Finger foods and fellowship will be a part of this evening. All are welcome!

If you RSPV'd, join us this Tuesday for an evening of fun, food and fellowship at the Back Nine Ranch (BYOB)! Free nursery and childcare will be provided in the parish nursery from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
