Do you love the Catholic faith and want to help those who have stopped practicing their faith to come back? St. Ann's is starting a new ministry, Landings, to reach out and invite Catholics who have drifted away from the Church to return home. A welcome team is needed to begin the ministry. There will be a training for all team members at the beginning of September and the program will begin around the first of November. If you are interested in serving on the team, please contact Kevin Rickwartz (his phone number is in the the July 24 bulletin.)

A popular country song opens with the words: "Daddy ain't a bank, Mama ain't a shrink, and God's not a wishin' well." Your pastor might add, "And your priest ain't a sacrament machine!" No matter your life's work and vocation, the longing for fulfillment and purpose flows deeper than one's duties and responsibilities. On Wednesday, November 17, a local priest, Fr. Shane Wieck, will share some of the personal joy and fulfillment he experiences in his life as a priest.
