Become a Catechist!

A catechist is a lifelong learner and disciple of Jesus Christ. Catechists have a wonderfully unique place in parish life. They are, in many ways, the face of the Church for their students and have the responsibility to help them encounter Jesus.

Faith Formation classes for children take place on Sundays from 10:15-11:15 a.m. Please check the bulletin and the Faith Formation calendar for the yearly schedule. Catechists should be able to teach most Sundays that classes are offered and are required to be safe environment trained. (Please check the Safe Environment page for training opportunities.)
