In case you missed last weekend's blessing, we will have another blessing next weekend (June 26-27) after all Masses. Please carefully drive your vehicle to the front of the church, forming two lines running south from Tierra Blanca Drive towards the church parking lot. Your vehicle will be blessed and doused with holy water and be given a gift to mark the blessing given. Wink-wink: Extra blessings will be bestowed on the vehicles with the St. Ann's Parish decal on them.
The next Spiritual Gifts workshop is scheduled for Saturday, June 26. The workshop will be from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the parish hall, with brunch included. Sign up sheets are in the narthex. You can also sign up or ask questions by emailing Angela Asbill at [email protected].
f you are interested in becoming an Usher, Lector, and/or Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, please find signup sheets in the narthex in June for each ministry. Training sessions will be scheduled according to the number and availability of the trainees. Altar Servers -- If you or your young person are interested in becoming a part of our wonderful crew of altar servers, please remain in the church after the Masses on June 26-27 to sign up. Training sessions will be held in July and August. Candidates must have made their First Communion. Thank you!

Our parish will once again be participating in the "I ♥ Canyon" Festival," helping to provide families in need with an array of back to school supplies. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 11. We will be providing backpacks filled with school supplies for junior and senior high school students. The first ACTS (Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service) Retreat since the lockdown has been scheduled. An ACTS Retreat for men is set for Thursday, August 12 through Sunday, August 15 at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center, 2100 North Spring in Amarillo. The St. Ann's Quilting Ministry to all parishioners interested in blessing others by helping make baptismal quilts and pillows, lap quilts for the elderly, quilts for children in foster care, pillows for those joining the Church at Easter, and fidget quilts for Alzheimer's and dementia patients at local nursing homes. You are invited to join us the first and third Tuesday of every month at the parish hall. We meet from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and welcome however much time you can offer. Hope to see you there.

Come visit our fantastic diocesan museum located at the new Diocesan Pastoral Center in northeast Amarillo on Wednesday, August 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.. You will be surprised at the depth of Catholic history in our area and be inspired by the grand stories of faith told by the displays here. One of the newly created displays is dedicated to Fr. Robert Busch's ministry in our area. Come and go as you wish. Light refreshments will be served.
