Due to ongoing construction at our facilities, we are unable to host our beloved annual Czech Sausage Dinner this year. While we will miss gathering with all of your for this cherished tradition, we are excited to keep the spirit alive!
This year, we are offering sausage and kolache pre-orders so you can still enjoy these delicious Czech favorites. We'll also be hosting a 50/50 raffle for added fun and community spirit. Keep an eye out for order forms, which are coming soon.

All committee chairs are asked to attend a "wrap up" meeting this Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. in meeting room C. We will review what worked and what didn't at this year's dinner and make notes for next year.
Next Sunday we will be welcoming many visitors to our parish for our annual Czech Sausage Dinner. We will set up for the dinner on Friday evening at 6 p.m. On Saturday morning at 9 a.m., we will do our final clean-up and cooking preparations. If you haven't already signed up to do so, please consider donating some baked goods for the country store. If you plan to work at the dinner or attend the 11:30 Mass next Sunday, please park in the back parking lot closest to the open field so that our guests will have plenty of parking spaces available.
The first kolache bake is scheduled for this Thursday (February 14) from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the parish hall kitchen. Mary Knox and Amanda Lawson will be leading us as we prepare 1,000 homemade kolaches to serve with this year's Czech Sausage dinner. Join us to learn and help us with this process!
The 28th annual Czech Sausage Dinner will be on Sunday, March 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parish hall (605 38th Street). Adult meal tickets are $10 each and children's meal tickets are $5 each. The meal features Czech sausage, sauerkraut, bread, parsley potatoes, green beans and all the trimmings. The dinner will includes a drive-through, with takeouts available. There will also be a country store, featuring a number of different items, including religious items. For more information, please call the parish office at 655-3302.

We will look at a timeline for planning and determine who can serve as chair, co-chairs and committee chairs. We need everyone's help, so please make plans to attend this meeting!
We need a new chair and a new raffle chair for the Czech Sausage Dinner in March! This event cannot happen without someone stepping forward to serve. If we do not find a new chair by the end of this month, we will be forced to cancel this year's dinner.
