A training for new Ushers will be held on Sunday, May 18, at 10:30 a.m. Each Mass requires a team of people in order to run smoothly. Our Ushers help assist church members and visitors with a positive and welcoming experience during church services. This includes tasks like helping people find seating, distributing bulletins or programs, and maintaining order and a clean environment. If you are interested in this important ministry, please contact David Rohrbach or Manuel Vega.
Do you feel called to serve at Mass? We are always looking for Altar Servers, Lectors, Ministers of Holy Communion, and Ushers. If you are interested, please contact Terri Huseman at the Parish Office (806-655-3302) or email [email protected].
St. Ann's is fortunate to have a number of generous parishioners who have stepped up to become an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Lector, and/or Usher at our parish liturgies. As we do at least once a year, we will have a joint updating and troubleshooting meeting of all people CURRENTLY involved in these ministries after each of the Masses on the weekend of August 24-25 in the church. Please bring yourself as well as your questions to this meeting!
All heads of each liturgical ministry will gather on Thursday, August 12, at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room C to discuss with Fr. Scott plans and protocols for the training of new liturgical ministers.

At the most recent meeting of the St. Ann's Pastoral Council, we identified a need to recruit and train more parishioners to serve in the liturgical ministries of greeter and usher. Both of these ministries of hospitality help to create a warm and friendly environment for our worship together. If you enjoy meeting people and welcoming them to our parish, please call Debbie in the parish office to sign up. As soon as we get a list of names, we will hold a training session for these ministries.
